The work is made by hand and retains traces of this. Each piece is individual and not replicated, making your purchase unique to you. l aim to meet all requirements involved in your purchase but please remember l am a one person studio. There will be times when things run slower than l’d like, so l would appreciate your patience and kindness should this happen.

Shop Openings

Notice of the online shop openings will be given on Instagram and prior to the opening dates. Details of the products will be included.

Care of your Work

The work is fragile so l recommend hand washing instead of putting it in the dishwasher.

Studio Visits

Due to Covid-19 this is not possible at this time.

Shipping

Domestic shipping usually takes 5-7 working days. International shipping can take up to 15 days and may include tax or customs charges. Please keep in mind that you may need to pay customs fees upon pick up of your parcel.

Returns

Returns are only accepted if the wrong item was shipped, if this happens the correct item will be sent, upon receipt of the wrong item.
